Originating as a series of pop ups, and supper clubs in the head chef’s flat, Supa Ya Ramen now has two restaurants in Dalston and Peckham. Expect a constantly changing menu with unique flavour combinations not normally found in ramen, such as cumberland sausage, lamb and bacon. Although not traditional, they’ve earned their spot as one of the best ramen in London.
